Refund Policy

At Sheila’s Menu, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality pastries and baked goods for every order. Because our products are made to order and perishable, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and transparency.


  1. No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been prepared and delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.


  1. Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

To process your request, we may require:

A description of the issue

Photo evidence of the product(s) in question

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt)


  1. Refunds or Replacements

If an issue is confirmed to be our responsibility (wrong item, significant damage, or order error), we will:

Offer a replacement product, or

Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.


  1. Cancellations

Standard Orders: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Custom or Large Orders: Orders for custom cakes or large quantities may require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation and refund eligibility.


  1. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Changes of mind after the order has been prepared.

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Missed deliveries due to customer absence.
